We are located in the heart of Tacoma’s Old Town neighborhood.  

From I-5:   Take the I-705 (City Center) Exit; follow the signs to Schuster Parkway.  Follow Schuster Parkway to Old Town, where it splits into Ruston Way and North 30th Street.  Bear Right, onto North 30th Street.   The first traffic light is McCarver Street; cross through the intersection at McCarver and turn into the parking lot on your Right.  We are on the North side of the parking lot, on the second floor (Suite 4).  If there are no spaces available in the lot, there is usually 2-hour parking available on North 30th Street.  If all else fails, there are always plenty of “view” parking spaces in the back of the building, facing the water.

From North 30th:  Follow North 30th Street to the bottom of the hill.   Just before you reach the light at McCarver Street, turn Left into the parking lot.  We are on the North side of the parking lot, on the second floor (Suite 4).   See above for more information on parking, which is generally not as big a problem as I am making it appear to be here.

Directions for Tacoma Natives:  We are on North 30th, just across McCarver Street from the Spar.
