While a good attorney must always be ready, willing, and able to take any case to trial, that’s not always the best solution to a client’s problem.   Our focus is always on finding the best and most cost-effective solution.  This process involves: (1) making an effort to listen, to find out what the client is trying to accomplish; (2) factoring in both the legal and the non-legal aspects of the client’s problem; and (3) finding a solution, through negotiation, legal action, or some combination of the two, that will preserve the client’s legal rights, while minimizing or eliminating negative impacts on other aspects of the client’s life.
